After a 4 hour wait for another company assigned by AAA our case was reassigned to Browns in Arlington. Superb customer and tow service from them. Within 20 minutes we had a call confirming driver’s name and ETA. Kyle arrived shortly thereafter. He was efficient with great & friendly communication. Provided lots of information about the area, repair services for our situation, rental car locations in close proximitry to our hotel. They were able to transport not only our vehicle and its 3 passengers but also our 2 huskies and cat. Kyle snd Browns far exceeded our customer service and accommodation expectations on every measure. Kyle even apologized for our delay on behalf of AAA tho the delay had nothing to do with him/his company. We could not more highly recommend Browns. The epitomy of great customer service!
